Waiting times for telephone and email may be longer than usual due to the number of people trying to contact us. This is why we try to update the current guidelines on this frequently asked questions page every day.

Speelland Beekse Bergen is open again.

Speelland Beekse Bergen uses - for safety reasons - a maximum number of visitors per day. To monitor this maximum and to guarantee your visit, it is necessary - with the exception of guests of the holiday parks - to reserve online access to the park in advance.

All guests of the holiday parks have to reserve their reed access online, they can show their Attraction Pass to Speelland. Please note: even for people who have already cooked a ticket (via an action partner), have won a ticket from another ticket sake, it is necessary to reserve online access.

We are pleased to announce that Safaripark Beekse Bergen is open to the public again.

Safari park Beekse Bergen uses - for safety reasons - a maximum number of visitors per day. To monitor this maximum and to guarantee your visit, it is necessary to reserve online access to the park in advance.

Only guests of the holiday parks do not have to book their access online, they can show their Attraction Pass to the Safari Park. Please note: it is also necessary to reserve online access for people who have already bought a ticket (via an action partner), won a ticket or want to purchase.

You can park your car at the central parking lot at the entrance. It is not possible to park your car halfway through the car safari.

For Speelland, you can simply park at the central entrance. Also for Speelland you have to buy an exit ticket online. You can have this ticket scanned on the spot and you will receive a coin to leave.

 

Beekse Bergen facilitates parking for a fee. An exit ticket is required to exit.

You do not have to make a separate reservation for the car safari. At any time you can go on safari with your own car or use the walking route. You can temporarily not take the bus or boat.

We would like to give everyone a chance, whether you are a subscription holder, have previously bought tickets or do not yet have a ticket. For security reasons, we use a maximum number of visitors and divide these among these categories. It is therefore possible that one category fills up faster than another.

 

No, these time slots indicate the time of entry. After that you can enjoy all day and go when it suits you.

Because we find it annoying that you have not been able to use your subscription, we are happy to offer you compensation as a loyal guest of our park. Unfortunately, we cannot return money. You can only contact us in exceptional cases - such as deaths - (receptiesafari@beeksebergen.nl). You can have the date of your visit changed by our guest service.

If you already have a reservation, it can generally be made. If this is not the case, we will contact you. If you want to make a new reservation, this is possible from the date of visit 1 September 2020.

Due to safety, a number of measures have been taken to guarantee your safety and that of our animals and employees.
• There is a maximum number of visitors per day in the park
To monitor this maximum and to guarantee your visit, it is necessary to reserve online access to the park in advance
• We use a maximum number of visitors in certain squares / areas
• Tickets can only be purchased online to avoid queues at the box offices
• It is temporarily not possible to use the bus and boat safari
• There is no bird of prey safari in the usual form. It is, however, possible to admire bird flights and / or training from 1 July between 12:00 - 16:00.
• There are temporarily no feed presentations
• You can only walk through the park in one direction during the Walking Safari
• Covered visitor areas of animal shelters are temporarily closed
• You can only pay contactless / by pin
• Catering is provided with collection points and there is no (indoor) seating
• Everywhere is kept 1.5 meters away and where necessary visitors and employees are separated by means of a (plexi) glass wall
• Rangers continuously monitor group size and the 1.5 meter distance
• Every catering facility, toilet facility and shop has disinfection gel that you can use for free
• Only private visits are allowed
• Obviously, people should stay at home with colds such as colds, runny nose, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, elevation from 38 degrees or fever. • You can only pay contactless / by pin
• Always follow the instructions of the supervisors and respect the rules laid down in connection with corona
• The management of Speelland Beekse Bergen has the right to change opening hours, attractions, infrastructure or the safety rules at any time
• There is disinfection gel available in every catering facility, toilet facility and shop, which you can use free of charge
• The lockers remain closed
• Do not move the furniture

Yes, unfortunately - for security reasons - you cannot use all activities. For example, there is temporarily no bus and boat safari in the Safari Park. Of course you can go on a walking and / or car safari to get acquainted with all the wild animals in the park. The animals are temporarily not fed in the presence of the public and the birds of prey safari takes place in adapted form.

For Speelland, the following attractions are temporarily closed: Aqua Shuttle, Power Paddler and Kid Karts.
Playground equipment and attractions are only accessible to children up to 12 years old

The walking route has a total length of approximately 3.5 km. If you find the route too long, two "shortcuts" are available.

Yes! If you walk the entire route, you will pass every animal species.

It is ensured that all animals are at least 1.5 meters away from the visitors. Precautions are therefore not necessary.

All indoor areas are currently closed. The ring tailed lemurs of the Edge of Africa do walk among the audience.

Yes! The catering establishments are provided with collection points where you can buy a drink and / or snack. In the Safari Park there is also a "Safari drive" on the route of the car safari. Note: You can only pay contactless / by pin.

Yes. At various catering establishments there is the possibility to heat the bottle or to change your baby.

Unfortunately, mascot Djambo is not present at the Safari Park for safety reasons.
