Party time
Especially for employees of Samenwerkende Kinderopvang and their loved ones, Beekse Bergen will open its doors on Sunday, June 15, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. There is plenty to discover and experience on this festive day. Beekse Bergen and the rangers have a program full of adventurous activities in store for you.

Happy Birthday
A few days before the big day, you will receive a 5 euro gift card for each visitor by mail. You can spend this as you wish in the catering or souvenir store. Handy to know: at Beekse Bergen you may also bring your own food & drinks.

On the road with the ranger
The rangers love to take you on adventures. You can participate in special activities and animations organized especially for Cooperating Childcare. A look in the feeding kitchen or rather behind the scenes in the elephant stable? The choice is yours..

Meeting Place
The Kilimanjaro Field is our central meeting place. At this festival area, the bartender will be waiting for you with a nice drink and the DJ will provide atmospheric beats. The place to meet your colleagues and introduce them to your partner, family and/or friend. Bakongo is also a convenient place for meeting.

Time slot & route
You are welcome to attend the anniversary celebration all day. When ordering, you can indicate what time you would like to arrive. We kindly ask you to stick to the chosen time slot. This way there will be fewer queues at the entrance and on the road to Beekse Bergen. This also in connection with a festival taking place nearby. Unfortunately, there are no Arriva buses running on this day. If you come by train, you can continue your way to Beekse Bergen with an OV bike or cab.

It is good to know that photos & videos will be taken during this day. You will find these later on our internal channels and social media. Look into the feeding kitchen!
Learn all about the eating behavior of wild animals with a real ranger!Every 10 minutes 15 people can join a ranger for a look in the feeding kitchen.

Look inside the elephant pen!
Join a ranger to learn all about the elephants! Every 10 minutes, a group of 15 people can accompany a ranger to the elephant enclosure.

Boat Safari Livingstone
During the approximately 30-minute boat trip, the ranger on board will point out a variety of animals that can be seen from the boat, such as rhinos, ring-tailed lemurs and monkeys. The boat safari leaves at the entrance to the Safari Park and sails to Congo Square and vice versa. Check the current times in the Beekse Bergen app.

We would like to celebrate our anniversary with all employees and their loved ones: your partner, family or friend. In the ticket shop you can order the desired number of tickets (max. 6 tickets per employee).
How nice of you to attend the anniversary party. You received the tickets directly in your mailbox. Unfortunately it is not possible to change an order.
Too bad you will not be able to attend the anniversary party. Please send an email to feest@samenwerkendekinderopvang.nl.
In the ticketshop you can reserve one exit ticket with your order. Additional exit tickets can be purchased at the ticket machine in the parking lot.

Beekse Bergen is easily accessible by car. There is plenty of parking space. The directions from your home can be found here.
One week prior to the anniversary party, you will receive a gift card of 5 euros per visitor. This is an email with a bar code where the total amount for you & your loved ones is added up. If you come with four people, you will receive a bar code where there is an amount attached of 20 euros.
The gift card is valid in restaurants and souvenir stores of Beekse Bergen. The barcode will be scanned at the cash register.
The gift card is not redeemable for cash. After June 15, the amount on the gift card expires.
You will receive the entrance tickets, a parking pass and a gift card of 5 euros per visitor from Cooperating Child Care. Travel expenses are at your own expense.
The same weekend as our anniversary party, Best Kept Secret takes place in Hilvarenbeek. Because of this, all hotel rooms are unfortunately already fully booked. We would love to see you at Beekse Bergen on the day itself.
