In the Safaripark you will discover how beautiful nature is and meet the most special animals, which are ambassadors of their kind in nature. Many of the species you see in our park are endangered and struggling in their original Habitat. Together we can help them, with big, or small steps. Protection of nature
Beekse Bergen is committed to protecting nature through Stichting Wildlife. They support nearly thirty projects around the world, from North Brabant to South Africa. In doing so, they help very many animals, from the black bee to the African elephant.

Working together for species conservation
Many species you see with us have endangered status. That's why European parks work together to preserve these species. For example, almost all animals are born in Safaripark or moved from another park. Did you know that some animals are returned to the wild?

Native nature
Beekse Bergen is home to many animal and plant species that do not belong to the collection. These are native species: they originate in the Netherlands and are adapted to our climate. Did you know that many native species also have "endangered" status?

Why do we conduct research?
Research is very important for protecting and preserving endangered species and their habitats. This way we learn a lot about the animals and how we can help them. This is why Beekse Bergen does a lot of research and contributes to others' projects.

Become an adoptive parent
Did you know that all the animals in Beekse Bergen can be adopted? The contribution from your adoption is donated to Stichting Wildlife. Adopt your favorite species or give an adoption as a gift!

Become a volunteer
As a volunteer at Stichting Wildlife, you will tell visitors to the Safaripark all about the animals and conservation projects. This way, you know how to convey your love of nature and contribute to its protection.

Visit De Kraal
Stichting Wildlife volunteers are happy to tell you anything you want to know about the conservation projects they support and the animals involved. You can visit De Kraal or Edge of Africa with all your questions.

Donate your phone
Gorillas have less and less habitat in rainforests in Africa. By recycling the coltan from your phone, no new mines need to be built. You also support Stichting Wildlife with the proceeds.

Donate your bottle or can
Did you get something delicious to drink that was in a plastic bottle or can? It would be great if you would like to donate this packaging and with it the deposit through the collection bins at Safaripark to Stichting Wildlife.

Get bullshit
Pick up a bucket of elephant dung at the Friend's Kraal! Great as fertilizer in the rose or vegetable garden or a nice gift for another animal lover. All proceeds will be donated to Stichting Wildlife.
