Restaurant Nommos at Beekse Bergen opens doors to all foodies

Restaurant Nommos, at Beekse Bergen's Safari Hotel, now welcomes non-hotel guests. The restaurant offers a gastronomic experience that combines nature and global cuisine.

At Nommos, it's all about discovering flavors associated with the seasons. Chef Dirk Zwerts and his team carefully compose the content of their dishes, ensuring that each dish reflects the fresh flavors of the moment.

Zwerts says: "We like to be inspired by global cuisine. We get inspiration from everywhere: from Japanese techniques to beautiful products of Dutch origin. You can taste that versatility of gastronomy. Moreover, craftsmanship is the basis of everything, both in preparation techniques and flavor combinations."

Special setting

Whereas the restaurant was previously only open to hotel guests, other visitors can now reserve a table as well. "Opening Nommos to non-hotel guests is an important step for us," said Stephanie Struis, general manager of Beekse Bergen Stay.

She explains, "We also want to offer other foodies the opportunity to enjoy our seasonal dishes and the unique setting. You dine here on the edge of the savannahs, where the visibility of the animals obviously depends on the season and weather conditions."

Nommos is open for dinner and reservations can be made through the website.
