Safari Hotel named best new hotel with 60+ rooms

The Safari Hotel may call itself best new hotel with more than sixty rooms of 2023. Indeed, Beekse Bergen's newest lodging location was named Best New Hotel 60+ Rooms on Monday, Nov. 27. during the Entree Awards.

In this category, the jury considers whether the hotel concept is well executed, both front and back, and whether the hotel stands out in the current hotel landscape. The winner scores well on all facets (concept, Facilities, design, sustainability, food & beverage and entrepreneurship) and is an addition to the industry, but certainly also an example for colleagues.

At the Safari Hotel, the expert jury was impressed with the overall experience and how this concept allows the hotel to reach a higher segment. According to the jury report "The design exudes a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Everything in the design is of high quality".

Higher segment
The judges also found, "The Safari Hotel has a USP that no other hotel has: the presence of animals. This aspect has been enhanced by the creation of an additional animal area in the inner garden. In addition, with this hotel the Safaripark opens up the possibility of reaching the higher segment."
