Stichting Wildlife seeks enthusiastic volunteers

Stichting Wildlife at Safaripark Beekse Bergen is Searching for enthusiastic volunteers to join the team.

At Beekse Bergen, volunteers tell all kinds of stories about animals and nature conservation. This happens in the maki area, where they also keep an eye on things, or in 'De Kraal': a mini-museum full of moving and inspiring stories. Through the sale of elephant dung, flower seeds and bracelets in 'De Kraal,' money is raised for Stichting Wildlife. The money raised goes to various conservation projects.

Taking a course is a requirement to get started as a volunteer. Here you will be told all about Stichting Wildlife, the park, the animals and the projects. The course takes place on a number of Sundays from January through April. Stichting Wildlife searches for volunteers who speak the Dutch language, have good walking skills and are available* for four half-days a month.

Fancy rolling up your sleeves for a good cause? There will be an information session at the park on Sunday morning, Nov. 26.
