This is what a day on safari looks like
Start your day in a relaxed way with a self-drive safari. From the comfort of your own car, you’ll drive amongst the animals and get up close to them. Many animals are active in the morning, so there’s often plenty to see right from the start. You set your own pace and route – a peaceful and impressive start to your safari day.
After the car safari, you can explore the park further on a walking safari. Walk at your own pace past various animal enclosures and see the animals up close. Along the way, you’ll come across adventure trails and play equipment, making this safari a real journey of discovery for children too.
Time to take a breather. Scattered throughout the park, you’ll find various places to eat and drink where you can take a break. Enjoy a full meal at Mugunda Restaurant, a fresh lunch at the Kongo Restaurant or a pancake at the Wanyama Pancake Restaurant. That way, you can recharge your batteries for the rest of the day.
Complete your safari with a boat and/or bus safari. During these safaris, our rangers will take you on a tour and tell you all about the animals you see along the riverbanks and on the savannah. Not only will you learn more about the animals, but you’ll also experience the park from a different perspective.
With your admission ticket, you can experience the safari park in every possible way. Hop in your car, join the ranger on a tour, take a boat trip and explore the park on foot – all in a single day and all included in your admission tickets. That way, you’ll make the most of your day on safari.

Yes, you can. With a single admission ticket, you can combine all the different types of safari in a single day. You decide the order yourself and how long you stay at each safari. Please note that the bus safari only runs between 1 October and 31 March.
