The work safari is a combination of experiences, awareness, training, team building and working together. In the beautiful surroundings of the Safaripark you will explore together with experts and learn more about the agility of animals and yourself. You will learn to deal with the challenges you face as a company, department and person. In addition, you will gain new insights, learn to think outside the box and return home full of inspiration and new ideas!

Our work safaris were developed with training agency Innergie and are also supervised by them. Check out all the possibilities below.

1. Inspiration session (3 hours - 1 half day).

An interactive lecture on past-present-future of Beekse Bergen, in which agility is central. Using inspiring examples, you will learn how this vision is translated into daily practice.

2. One-day work safari (3 half-days).

The inspiration session (see 1) with additional:

A safari accompanied by a ranger. A wonderful safari experience with a deeper understanding of animal behavior in relation to human behavior.
Playing the "Beekse Bergen Card Game" with the aim of deepening the topics of diversity, collaboration and creativity, which play an important role in an agile organization.
Individual action items: what will you do and what will your environment notice about you having taken this work safari.
Joint agreements: where are we going to focus our attention and energy.

3. Two-day working safari (4 day parts with overnight stay)

The one-day working safari (see 2) with additional:

Gamedrive in an open safari land cruiser where you experience nature closer to the skin.
