Image and sound recordings

• Beekse Bergen may make image and/or sound recordings (or have them made) of its grounds and of persons present in or around Beekse Bergen. These recordings are primarily used for promotional and/or commercial purposes, news reports and/or security purposes.

• Beekse Bergen, its affiliated companies and the companies with which Beekse Bergen cooperates directly or indirectly are entitled to use and publish these recordings for the aforementioned purposes. Naturally, Beekse Bergen, its affiliated companies and companies with whom Beekse Bergen cooperates directly or indirectly shall do so with due care.

• Images taken with security cameras are not used for commercial purposes.

• No fee is payable to the persons depicted for the capture, use and publication of the recordings.

• Beekse Bergen strives to make it as clear as possible when image and/or sound recordings are made that may be used for informational or promotional and/or commercial purposes. If you do not want to be in the picture, please avoid places where you can see a film crew and/or photographer at work. In some cases it is unavoidable that you will be in the picture.
