Energy label accommodations

Since Monday, January 1, 2024, we easily show you how energy efficient your accommodations are. You can find the energy label under the heading 'general features' on each accommodation page.

Energy Label

The energy label indicates how energy efficient your stay is. Classes A++++ to G are used, showing how energy-efficient the accommodation is compared to similar accommodations. A stay is considered energy-efficient if it uses, for example, low-energy heating, solar panels or good insulation.

Accommodation Types

Within our parks, all accommodations with a usable area greater than 50 square meters are rated. Stays with a smaller usable area have not been assessed, for example a safaritent or hotel room. When several energy labels are issued for one accommodation type, we show a range.

Energy consultant

The energy labels were obtained by engaging a licensed and certified energy consultant. This has visited all the accommodations in question, recording all the necessary core characteristics to determine the energy label.
