Arrival

For a flawless Arrival, you should check your license plate and the details of your travel party fill in your My Beekse Bergen' account. This way, the barrier opens automatically upon arrival and we can provide everyone with the Attractions Pass.

Check in

You will receive by email 3 days before Arrival a unique PIN* with which you, from 3 p.m, can open your accommodations. Checking in at the front desk is therefore not necessary**. Should you arrive before 3 p.m., you can already use all the facilities and the Attractions Pass.

* The bungalow and safaritents do not have a code lock. So you do not need a PIN code to open them.

** Did you book a Cabin? Then you can pick up the key from 3:00 pm at the Guest Service in Ganvie Village. Arriving after 18:00 hours? Then contact the Contact Center at info@beeksebergen.nl or 088 9000 323.

Check out

On the day of Departure, you must have before 10 a.m. leaving your accommodations. Checking out at the front desk is not necessary*. You can still use all the day's facilities and the Attractions Pass.

* Did you stay in a Cabin? Then you can hand in the key at the Guest Service or in the designated mailbox next to the entrance of Ganvie Village.

Parking
During your stay at Lake Resort Beekse Bergen, you may park your car at the accommodation. One car is allowed per accommodation. At the Groepsjungalows, 4 cars may be parked. Any extra car can be parked in the parking lot next to the entrance of the Lake Resort.

Parking at the Big Five Safaritent, Bungalowtent Leeuw and Bungalowtent Springbok can be found in the common parking lot near the tents.

Electricity and water

The Standard pitch without electricity does not have an electricity or water tap and the Comfort pitch does not have a water tap but does have electricity. During your holiday on one of these pitches, you will use the central facilities, where electricity and water are also available. The Luxe and Luxe XL pitches have a 10 amp (2300 W) electricity point and a water point on or near the pitch.

At Back2Basic, you really do go back to basics. Water, showers, toilets and electricity can therefore only be found at the sanitary building on the Back2Basic site. There is also a Hang Out where you can socialise and where there are also electricity points.

Digital TV

Some Comfort and all Luxury and Luxury XL pitches have digital CAI (television). To set up the digital TV, let the TV search for digital channels (i.e. not analogue).

The TV then asks for various codes:

• Symbol frequency: 6900

The included Attractions Pass is valid throughout your stay, Arrival and departure day included, you unlimited access ticket for the locations listed below. Be sure to have your Attractions Pass handy then as well.

• Safaripark Beekse Bergen *.

• Speelland Beekse Bergen *.

• Pools Etsi Pool (Lake Resort) and Maji Springs (Safari Resort).

* At both Safaripark and Speelland, you can exit based on license plate recognition. A parking ticket is not required.

Transportation within Beekse Bergen

Step into the Struisvogelexpress, the little train that connects the locations. Of course, you can also take your private car on the go. Prefer to be active? Go on foot or rent a bike and discover the park at your own pace.

Adventure

For young and old, there is plenty to do at Beekse Bergen. Take a refreshing swim, have fun in the playgrounds, go on an adventure with the rangers and experience safari like never before. Discover all facilities and activities

Swimming

After an adventurous day on safari, take a refreshing dip in one of the pools. Romp down the slide, unwind in the relaxation pool or discover the paddling pool where the little ones can have a great time. More about the pools

Shopping

In the Market In Karibu Town at the Safari Resort you can pick out souvenirs and do small shopping, among other things. At the Lake Resort, next to Ganvie Village is a large SPAR supermarket. Check the opening hours in the Beekse Bergen app

Make your stay extra special

Whether you want to surprise someone with an animal hug, ranger set or safari cake. Want to come face to face with wild animals during a Gamedrive or Wild Walk. Or want to be sure of a spot at one of the restaurants. All extras can be booked in your My Beekse Bergen' account.

Pets

One pet is allowed in some accommodations based on booking. Several dog toilets are available at the Lake Resort. Dogs must be leashed at all times.

Fish

At Lake Resort Beekse Bergen you can enjoy a fishing vacation by the water. The Lake Resort is known for its large Lake Victoria, which is directly connected to the Wilhelmina Canal. As a guest of the Lake Resort you may fish as often as you want, until sunset and provided you are in possession of a fishing pass. The range of whitefish and predatory fish varies from bream, roach, and windfish to large carp, pike, perch, and eel. However, taking the catch with you is not allowed. Guest Service

If you have any questions or need extra help during your stay, you are of course welcome at the Guest Service (reception) in Ganvie Village. Guest Service is open daily from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm.
