Our restaurant is only open to overnight guests of Beekse Bergen. Reservations for the dinner buffet are recommended. For Safari Hotel guests, the breakfast buffet is included. Reservations are not required. Guests of Lake Resort and Safari Resort can also have breakfast at Amma by making reservations in advance.

Every day, our kitchen prepares the most delicious dishes using fresh ingredients for our guests. Tantalise your senses and sample countless flavours while enjoying a unique view of the savannah. 

  • Our dinner buffet consists of a variety of hot and cold dishes. Soup, salads and various dishes with meat, fish or vegetarian options.
  • Or enjoy our chef's special dish, which changes regularly, with your party. This dish is served with complementary side dishes and garnishes.
  • You may, of course, end the evening with a selection of sweet and savoury desserts and a delicious cup of coffee or tea.

Breakfast buffet

The breakfast buffet at Amma is included for Safari Hotel guests. You have a comprehensive choice of:

  • different types of bread, sweet rolls, croissants, crackers and a wide choice of sweet and savoury toppings.
  • Fresh fruit and fruit salads, yoghurt, muesli, cruesli.
  • Egg dishes
  • Fresh juices, coffee and tea

Our chef is ready and waiting to fry you a fresh egg at the Live Cooking Buffet.
