Special experience
Rens Willemsen, general manager of Safaripark Beekse Bergen, emphasizes the special nature of the event: "Brew@theZoo is an experience that brings nature and taste together. The safari setting, the wide choice of beers and the fun activities make for an unforgettable evening."
Romke Swinkels, Managing Director of Swinkels Netherlands, adds: "Brew@theZoo is a unique experience where special beer and safari come together. It is fantastic to introduce beer lovers to the rich variety of beers in this special setting. We look forward to making it another successful edition together!"
Support for nature protection
Every year, Brew@theZoo commits to charity by donating a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales. This year, €1 per ticket sold will go to the Giraffe Conservation Foundation, an organization dedicated to the conservation of giraffes and their habitat. Given the recent birth of four giraffe cubs at Safaripark, it was a logical choice to support this organization.
Last year it supported the Northern Corridors Project, an initiative that connects wildlife parks in Kenya through safe wildlife corridors. Back then, a total of €11,177 was raised for this project.
