Back2Basic pitch

Experience an adventurous and fun-packed holiday at one of the Back2Basic pitches at Lake Resort Beekse Bergen. Enjoy a camping holiday in your own tent and go back to basics surrounded by nature. A camping holiday on one of the Back2Basic camping pitches is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. Note: the Back2Basic camping site is not wheelchair friendly and not suitable for campers, folding trailers and caravans.

Facilities

You can use the central sanitary unit for free while staying on a Back2Basic pitch, and you can also find water, showers, toilets and electricity in the sanitary block on the Back2Basic site. We also have a Hang Out with power points where you can socialise. Share stories while lying in a hammock or have a sing-song. Unwind while enjoying the magnificent tree lighting as evening falls. Fancy something active during the day? Start off with a refreshing swim in Lake Victoria or in Etsi Pool or head out on Lake Victoria in a canoe or on a sup board.

Are you looking for something a bit more luxurious? Then opt for a Standard Pitch, Big Five Safari tent, Stanley Safari tent or Livingstone Safari tent.

Mindful camping

You will be in touch with nature at Back2Basic, which is why a conscious approach to nature is centre stage here. It's important to enjoy nature and get away from the daily grind. We therefore want to avoid disruptive ambient noise as much as possible, so you can enjoy the sounds of nature, such as birds singing. For this reason, the Back2Basic site is car-free and solely accessible to camping guests with a tent.

At Speelland Beekse Bergen, children experience a day of spectacular fun and exciting water shenanigans! While the children entertain themselves in the various attractions, you can sit back and enjoy the sandy beach. Fun for the entire family!
