Cancellation
You can cancel your holiday free of charge up to 24 hours after making your booking. After this period, you must pay a cancellation fee. You must make your cancellation in writing or by email. This cancellation fee with respect to reserved accommodations and camping pitches is:
- 15% of the total price stated in the confirmation in the event of cancellation more than three months before the arrival date;
- 50% of the total price stated in the confirmation in the event of cancellation within two to three months before the arrival date;
- 75% of the total price stated in the confirmation in the event of cancellation within two months to one month before the arrival date;
- 90% of the total price stated in the confirmation in the event of cancellation within one month before the arrival date;
- 100% of the total price stated in the confirmation in the event of cancellation on the arrival date itself.
If you do not appear on the arrival date, you will also be required to pay 100% of the total price stated in the confirmation (rental price including additional costs/excluding local taxes).
