Arrival

For an impeccable arrival you need to bring your license plate and the details of your party in your My Beekse Bergen account. This way, the barrier opens automatically upon arrival and we can provide everyone with the Access Pass to the pools and Speelland Outdoor.

No need to check in with us anymore

You have from 13:00 hours access to your camping pitch. Make sure you put your camping equipment on the booked pitch. If you come to camp on the Back2Basic site you can pick your own spot. You are not allowed to drive your car onto the Back2Basic grounds. If you arrive before 13.00 hours, then you can already use all the facilities and the access pass to the swimming pools and Speelland Outdoor.

Check out

On the day of departure you have to before 11.00 am leave the camping site. It is not necessary to check out at the reception. You can use all the facilities all day long facilities and the Access Pass to the swimming pools and Speelland Outdoor.

We ask you before your departure:

• Leave the pitch clean and tidy

• Dispose of waste in the waste disposal area

Parking
During your stay at Lake Resort Beekse Bergen you may park one car at the campsite. Any additional car can be parked in the parking lot before the entrance of the Lake Resort.

The Back2Basic area is car-free; you may park one car next to the entrance to Back2Basic.

Electricity and water

The Standard Pitch without electricity does not include electricity or water taps and the Comfort Pitch does not include a water tap but does include electricity. During your vacation on one of these pitches, you will use the central facilities where electricity and water are also available. The Luxe and Luxe XL pitches have a 10 amp (2300 W) power point and a water tap point on or near the camping field.

At Back2Basic, you truly go back to basics. Water, showers, toilets and electricity can therefore only be found at the sanitary building on the Back2Basic site. In addition, there is a Hang Out where you can socialize and where electricity is also available.

Digital TV

Some Comfort and all Luxury and Luxury XL pitches have digital CAI (television). To set up the digital TV, let the TV search for digital channels (not analog).

The TV then asks for different codes:

• Search frequency: 386000

• Network ID: 5555

• Symbol frequency: 6900

Access pass

With your stay you will receive the Access Pass. With this you have access during your entire stay, including arrival and departureto the locations mentioned below. Make sure you have the access pass at hand.

• Speelland Outdoor (for Speelland Indoor you pay a surcharge of €2.95 per person per visit)

• Pools Etsi Pool (Lake Resort) and Maji Springs (Safari Resort)

* Parking at Speelland is included for guests by license plate recognition or scanning the Access Pass

Transportation within Beekse Bergen

Get in the Ostrichelexpress, the little train that connects the locations. Of course you can also take your own car on the road. Rather be active? Go on foot or rent a bike and explore the park at your own pace.

Adventure

For young and old, there is plenty to do at Beekse Bergen. Take a refreshing dip, have fun in the playgrounds, go on an adventure with the rangers and experience safari like never before. Discover all facilities and activities

Swimming

After an adventurous day on safari, take a refreshing dip in one of the pools. Romp down the slide, unwind in the relaxation pool or discover the paddling pool where the little ones can have fun. More about the pools

At the Lake Resort there is a large SPAR supermarket and in Ganvie Village a market for souvenirs. Check the opening hours in the Beekse Bergen app

Make your stay extra special

Whether you want to surprise someone with an animal stuffed toy, ranger set or safari cake. Want to stand eye to eye with wild animals during a Gamedrive or Wild-walk. Or want to be sure of a spot at one of the restaurants. All extras can be booked in your My Beekse Bergen account.

Pets

One pet is allowed in some accommodations based on reservation. Assistance dogs are allowed. Please do notify the assistance dogs at the time of booking or Guest Service. There are several dog toilets at the Lake Resort. Dogs must be leashed at all times.

Fishing

At Lake Resort Beekse Bergen you can enjoy a wonderful fishing vacation on the water. The Lake Resort is known for its large Lake Victoria, which is directly connected to the Wilhelmina Canal. As a guest of the Lake Resort you may fish as often as you want, until sunset and provided you are in possession of a fishing pass. The range of whitefish and predatory fish varies from bream, roach, and windfish to large carp, pike, perch, and eel. However, taking the catch is not allowed. View here the fishing regulations.
