Arrival

For a flawless Arrival, you should check your license plate and the details of your travel party fill in your My Beekse Bergen' account. This way the barrier opens automatically on arrival and we can provide everyone with the free Attractions Pass.

Check in

You will receive an email 1 day before Arrival containing a unique PIN with which you, from 3 p.m, your hotel room can open. Thus, checking in at the reception is not necessary. Should you arrive before 3 p.m., you can already use all the facilities and the Attractions Pass. A luggage room may be available.

Check out

On the day of Departure, you should before 11 a.m. leaving your hotel room. Checking out at the front desk is not necessary. You can still use all the day's facilities and the Attractions Pass. A luggage room may be available.

Parking
On the day of arrival and departure, you may leave your car short parking at the hotel room to load and unload your luggage. On other days, the park is car-free. In that case, park your car in one of the central parking lots specifically for Safari Hotel guests (section P10 or P12). Have you booked a wheelchair-friendly room? Then you can park near your hotel room at the designated spot.

By public transportation

Beekse Bergen is easily accessible by public transportation from all over the Netherlands and Belgium. Discover which train or bus connection you need and plan your trip.

From Safaripark bus stop, it is about a 15-minute walk to Safaripark Beekse Bergen.

Accessed

The included Attractions Pass is valid throughout your stay, Arrival and departure day included, you unlimited access ticket for the locations listed below. Be sure to have your Attractions Pass handy then as well.

• Pools Etsi Pool (Lake Resort) and Maji Springs (Safari Resort).

* At both Safaripark and Speelland, you can exit based on license plate recognition. A parking ticket is not required.

Transportation within Beekse Bergen

Step into the Struisvogelexpress, the little train that connects the locations. Of course, you can also take your private car on the go. Prefer to be active? Go on foot or rent a bike and discover the park at your own pace.

Adventure

For young and old, there is plenty to do at Beekse Bergen. Take a refreshing swim, have fun in the playgrounds, go on an adventure with the rangers and experience safari like never before. Discover all facilities and activities

Swimming

After an adventurous day on safari, take a refreshing dip in one of the pools. Romp down the slide, unwind in the relaxation pool or discover the paddling pool where the little ones can have a great time. More about the pools

In the Market In Karibu Town at the Safari Resort you can pick out souvenirs and do small shopping, among other things. At the Lake Resort, next to Ganvie Village is a large SPAR supermarket. Check the opening hours in the Beekse Bergen app

Make your stay extra special

Whether you want to surprise someone with an animal hug, ranger set or safari cake. Want to come face to face with wild animals during a Gamedrive or Wild Walk. Or want to be sure of a spot at one of the restaurants. All extras can be booked in your My Beekse Bergen' account.

Animals on the savannahs

Animal welfare is our number one priority. Of course, Beekse Bergen does everything possible to let you enjoy the view of the animals from your accommodations as much as possible.

• From May through September, many animal species stay outside day and night, the animals have the choice of spending nights on the savannahs or in the stables. Once a day the animals are taken from savannahs to the stables for checks and inspections, so the animals are not always visible.

• From October to April, the animals can be seen outside on the savannahs from about 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Should there be rain, the animals take shelter in the shelters. If the temperature outside is too cold, the animals go to the stables. Should this minimize animal visibility, we organize Stall Tours. During a Stall Tour, a Ranger will take you to the stables and you can see the animals up close. As a guest staying at the Safari Hotel, you will be informed of this in a timely manner.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at Safari Hotel Beekse Bergen due to the presence of many wild animals. Except for guide dogs. The guide dogs please sign up with your booking or the Guest Service.

Guest Service

If you have any questions or need extra help during your stay, you are of course welcome to visit the Guest Service (reception) at Hogon House. Guest Service is open daily from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm.
