Animal welfare is our top priority. Beekse Bergen naturally does everything possible to ensure you enjoy animal sightings from your accommodation as much as possible:

  • From May to September, many species remain outside day and night, the animals have the choice of being on the savannah or in the stables at night. Once a day, the animals are taken from the savannah to the stables for checks and inspections, so the animals are not always visible.
  • From October through April, the animals can be seen out on the savannah from about 09:00 - 16:30. Should there be rain showers, the animals take shelter in the shelters; if the temperature outside is too cold, the animals go to the stables.

Should this minimise animal sightings, we organise Stable Tours, and during a Stable Tour, a Ranger will take you into the stables to see the animals up close. These stable tours will be announced via the Beekse Bergen app.

Visitors and guests must be registered with the Guest Service in Hogon House. There will be a charge per lodger. Day visit and parking is free for the lodger. The use of facilities such as breakfast or visit Safaripark can be charged at an additional cost.
