Northern Corridors Project
Because of the expansion of the elephant herd and elephant plains in Safaripark Beekse Bergen, together with Stichting Wildlife, wants to give back even more to African elephants in the wild. Beekse Bergen and Stichting Wildlife are therefore joining forces with Save the Elephants. Beekse Bergen has raised 60,000 euros for the Northern Corridors Project. Half of the amount was raised through an adoption plan of the young elephants. The rest of the amount through other initiatives.

Beekse Bergen and Stichting Wildlife
Africa's population is growing. As a result, the Habitat of wild elephants is becoming increasingly fragmented. As a result, elephants are increasingly entering the inhabited world, resulting in human-animal conflicts, which is why the Northern Corridors Project was created.
The project will ensure that wildlife parks in Kenya are connected by corridors. A corridor is a safe passage for wild animals such as elephants. To build a corridor in Kenya, 60,000 euros are needed. Beekse Bergen and Stichting Wildlife aim to raise this amount together with you, so that African elephants in the wild are helped with at least one additional safe passage.
