Cancellation Fund

Participation in the cancellation fund indemnifies you against the costs of a cancellation caused by one of the following events, provided this is accompanied by an official statement:

  • in the event of the death, illness or accident of the main person or one of the participants;
  • in the event of early termination of your holiday due to the death of a family member in the first degree of the main person or one of the participants;
  • in the event of premature termination of your holiday due to fire, storm damage or lightning strike to the home or contents of the main character or one of the participants.

"Participants" are understood to mean the persons listed on "mijn.beeksebergen.nl".

Participation in the cancellation fund must be made immediately upon booking. The cancellation fund runs from the day of registration to the day of departure. The fund pays out after the pitch or accommodation is empty. You must also notify the reception in writing of the latter. For participation in the cancellation fund the rate is 5% of the total rent. No policy costs are charged.

Animal welfare comes first. Of course, Beekse Bergen does everything to allow you as a guest to enjoy the view of the animals from your accommodation as much as possible. However, the Dutch weather is sometimes too cold or too stormy for the animals and they cannot stay outside for long. The animals then go to their heated barn at night, and sometimes during the day. The feeding times of the animals are spread over the day as much as possible.

When it snows or freezes it can be dangerous for the animals on the savannah. For example, they can slip. If this is the case, the animals will have limited visibility. The rangers then work hard to keep the water features ice-free, so that the animals can safely walk outside.

Children's parties, group packages, school trips and other activities can continue again. If you have any questions about this, you can contact us on 088-9000360.
